San Diego Museum Month

Whether you’re interested in aquariums, history, science, or exploring something new entirely, San Diego has become the new hot spot for exploring museums through San Diego Museum Month.

Beginning February 1, download a digital pass from the San Diego Museum Council website or pick up a physical pass from most museums in the county. Enjoy half-off admission to all the participating museums through the entire month of February!

Urban Adventure Quest

Interested in a guided exploration of San Diego filled with adventure? Available for purchase on any smart phone, you and your friends or family can experience the excitement of the Amazing Race with a three-hour city tour through the Amazing Scavenger Hunt Adventure–San Diego. Calling all foodies! Join Wild Foodie Tours for an all-inclusive, exciting, fun street food tour in San Diego or Tijuana! There are several tours to choose from that include tastings at five food stops, one non-alcoholic beverage stop, and of course a stop for dessert. Coronado’s Valentine’s Day 10K

Valentine’s Day at Disneyland

Fly along with Tinkerbell and all her friends through Five Star Tours’ day in Disneyland! Five Stars Tours tickets include transportation to Disneyland, admission, and you can even include a park hopper. For those with Disneyland season passes, you can join along by choosing to only purchase the transportation. It is bound to be a fun trip for the whole family!

Listen to live music, shop between local vendors, or just sit and enjoy that San Diego weather. Lunar New Year at SeaWorld

Welcome the Year of the Horse with your friends and family at SeaWorld! The park will be celebrating the Lunar New Year with exciting performances by local performers and artisans and a variety of delicious foods. To top it all off, Sea World will be offering a Puppy Garden in which you can watch puppies play and take photos, while learning about adopting animals from shelters!

San Diego’s Mermaid Series

Never grew out of wanting to be a mermaid? Then become one in San Diego’s Mermaid Series at Tecolote Shores North! Participants can choose to participate in a 5k, 10k, or half marathon around the scenic Mission Bay. Runners and walkers are both welcomed!

If you have a little mermaid in your family, the Mermaid Dash is designed to encourage girls to get moving and feel the joy of crossing a finish line in a safe environment. Parents are encouraged to allow Mermaids to run alone; however, parents are welcome to run alongside their shy Mermaid Dashers!

Chinese New Year Food and Cultural Fair

Join the Chinese New Year Food and Cultural Fair happening right outside the San Diego Chinese Historical Museum! The event is free for anyone to enjoy and will have a variety of performances from spectacular dances to cultural performances, as well as a selection of tantalizing street food. Swing by and celebrate the Year of the Horse!

Say goodbye to the Winter Months with this special one-day-only Brew Fest at The Fleet Science Center in Balboa Park! The event will celebrate craft beverages from California and beyond while featuring live local music, food and other vendors to shop from. Must be 21 or older to enter.
