“Summer may be over, but the fall festivities are just beginning! Classic autumn traditions like sipping on Pumpkin Spice Lattes or going apple picking can still be the highlight of the season, but we put together a list of activities that could become brand new fall favorites!

23rd Annual San Diego Festival of Beer

Calling all beer enthusiasts! Head over to Broadway Pier to sample from 60 breweries while listening to live music. Your ticket includes admission, as well as unlimited 2 oz. beer tastes. Food and a selection of fine wines are available for additional purchase.

Here’s a tip: arrive early because the first 1,500 guests will receive a free souvenir event logo tasting mug that you can use throughout the evening and then take home with you.

All proceeds from the Festival benefit local cancer charities. It’s raised more than $600,000 to date!

13th Annual San Diego Restaurant Week

Ready for a culinary tour? San Diego Restaurant Week is the time to share food and laughs with friends and family. Restaurants throughout San Diego County will be offering a prix-fixe menu ranging from $10-$50 from appetizers, to entrees, and desserts. Eight days, 180 restaurants, it’s going to be a feast for the senses.

Are you ready for Ocean Beach Oktoberfest? A beachside festival is the only way to spend the first weekend of October. It will be filled with yoga classes, games, drum circles and live music.

On October 7th, there will be a German and local microbrew tasting, which benefits the Warrior Foundation Freedom Station. This special tasting, Poured with Courage, is served by active and retired wounded service members.
