Mr. Frostie’s has been a Pacific Beach classic since 1949. Their simple soft serve ice cream cones, specialty shakes or a show-stopping sundaes have become a tradition for local San Diegan families. John, the current owner, bought the shop in the 60s after the original founders sold it. To this day, it’s primarily a family business.

Cinnaholic founders, Shannon Michelle and Florian Radke, are vegans, so the cinnamon rolls are dairy and egg-free. You are luckily an eight-minute walk away from trying the new fall flavors: Pumpkin Pie, Tiramisu, and Apple Cider.
As the future is starting to look brighter and with many sunny days ahead, we are excited to share that our guest room reimagination is complete!
We look forward to welcoming you into our brand-new guest rooms and suites, as well as public spaces that have been refreshed, as part of phase one of our property-wide renovation. We think you’ll find that our new mid-century meets beach vibe is the perfect setting for a SoCal beachfront getaway.
