Rent a Duffy!

Did you know that San Diego now has Duffy boats you can rent in Mission Bay? Host a party with your family and closest friends as you swiftly cruise along the San Diego waters. Mission Bay has several great places to tie up and dine, or you can chose to bring your own assortment of food and beverages on board. Duffy’s are fully enclosed with a canopy roof and window enclosures, so your ride is sure to be comfortable. Don’t forget to pack your favorite music—all boats host stereos with either CD or iPod hookups!

New Tiger Trail Attraction at San Diego Zoo Safari ParkOpening this Memorial Day is the brand new Tiger Trails exhibit at the San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park! Guests will be immersed in the mysterious world of the tiger in the Safari Park’s Tiger Trail complex. Three spacious habitats will feature an array of creature comforts for the Sumatran tigers including grasses for lounging, ponds for wading, and deadwood trees to use as scratching posts. One of the most exhilarating viewing opportunities is a special training wall, where you can watch keepers safely interact with tigers. There will even be a deep pool for underwater viewing! According to the San Diego Zoo, “You will be able to get so close to the tigers you can count their whiskers and the stripes on their tail.” Fierce!
